CLAIMING YOUR OWN LAND
Outside of the inner realms which range from
X: -7102 Z: -4299 to X: 7621 Z: 5271
you may claim land as your own. Other players will not be able to build or destroy blocks on your claimed land unless you invite them. Claims cost 3000 Coin each. Max claim size is 32x32 blocks, and automatically include 20 blocks down and 100 blocks up. Players may hold a maximum of 20 claims at any one time.
To make a land claim, be sure you are in the outer realms or wilderness. Use /claim setpos twice. Once while standing on opposing corners of your new claim. /claim setpos will set two points, and use them as opposing corners for the plot. Use /claim help for more info.
RENTING IN CITIES
The cities of Alyria feature homes which you can rent and build in. The price is listed on a sign on each property for rent. Clicking on the sign will rent the property if you have the coin to do so. Rent is charged automatically every 30 days. If you do not have enough coin in your account the rental contract will be canceled.

To end a rental contract, click the rental sign again. The contract will be canceled and at the end of the rental cycle you will lose access to the property.
